This covers refund request, cancel future billing and refund billing etc. Basically everything related to refunds or cancelations. This also includes Why was I billed? I never authorized for monthly billing etc.


Note: We have no access to your PayPal or Credit Card info. We have no way of changing billing terms after you purchase. So, if you are being billed for service, it is because agreed to monthly billing when you purchased.


Because a lot of our RockStar Software and Training Products are digitally delivered, we typically have a "No Refunds" policy. The policy of each product will always be listed at the bottom of every salespage.


If you purchased a product or service that has monthly billing... Your monthly service/ billing may be cancelled at any time with at least 30 days notice prior to your billing date.  You must open a new ticket on our RockStar Help Desk 30 days prior to your next billing date. No refunds will be given on past billing. No exceptions. Thanks for understanding.

The Pricing & Payment Terms will always be listed in multiple places prior to you checking out and purchasing the product. 

1. It will be either above and or below every single buy button

2. It will be listed on the checkout page of the shopping cart prior to checkout

3. It will be listed on the confirm purchase of PayPal confirm order page prior to completing your order as well (when PayPal is used)

4. After checkout, you will also be emailed a copy of your receipt from both PayPal (when PayPal is used) and the cart used (ie: JV Zoo, Zaxaa etc)


Note: Because JV Zoo, PayPal and most shopping cart services don't allow payment reminders for customers we have included a tip below.


Tip For Future Billing: When we purchase something that has future billing, we will make a Google Calendar reminder to remind us when the billing will start in case we don't want to keep the service, software or membership etc.
